Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Client") and BGR Reputation ("we", "us" or "our"). If you use our service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

We assess Google reviews and pursue removal of reviews that appear to violate Google's published content policies, such as harassment, spam, conflicts of interest, off-topic content or private information. We use only legitimate, policy-based methods.

• We never post fake reviews, buy reviews, or use deceptive or unlawful tactics.
• Google alone makes the final decision on whether a review is removed. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
• Typical timelines (often 1 to 7 days) are estimates, not promises.
• Eligibility percentages shown by our instant checker are indicative only and do not create a guarantee.

• You own, manage or are authorized to act for the business profile concerned.
• The information you give us is accurate and complete.
• You will not ask us to remove honest, policy-compliant reviews or use our service to suppress lawful speech.
• You will not post fake reviews or retaliate against reviewers.

Our fee is a flat $399 USD per review successfully removed, regardless of the review's age, unless a different price is agreed in writing. There is no upfront fee.

• Card verification. When you order, we place a temporary $1 authorization on your card to prevent spam. It is released immediately and is not a charge.
• When you pay. Payment becomes due only after a review is removed from your Google profile. You may pay through your customer dashboard or a payment link we send.
• Saved card. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the card on file for each removed review if payment is not made within 24 to 48 hours of the removal notice.
• No removal, no fee. If a review is not removed, you owe nothing for that review.

If a review we removed reappears on your profile, we will work to remove it again at no additional cost. Just contact us with the link. This guarantee applies to the same review by the same reviewer.

You may cancel an order at any time before a review is removed, at no cost. If a review is removed after we have submitted the request, the fee for that review remains payable even if you cancelled afterward, because the work has been completed.

Please contact us before disputing a charge so we can resolve it. Unpaid fees for removed reviews may be referred for collection. Filing a chargeback for a completed removal without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms.

All content on bgrreputation.com, including text, design and logos, belongs to BGR Reputation. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not control Google's decisions, policies or systems.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputation harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the review concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under the laws where they live.

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the "Last updated" date. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
