Question 1

What does a Google review removal service actually do?

Accepted Answer

We check each review you send us against Google's published content policies, build an evidence-based report for the ones that break those rules, and push the case through Google's official channels until it is resolved. We never use bots, fake accounts or anything that could put your Business Profile at risk.

Question 2

How much does it cost to remove a Google review?

Accepted Answer

Every review costs a flat $399, whether it was posted last week or years ago. There are no setup fees or monthly contracts.

Question 3

How long does Google review removal take?

Accepted Answer

Most removals are completed within 1 to 7 days for both recent and older reviews. Complex cases with several linked reviews can sometimes take a little longer, and we keep you updated throughout.

Question 4

Is it legal to remove negative Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when it is done properly. We only request removal of reviews that violate Google's own rules, such as fake, spam, off-topic, hateful or conflict-of-interest content. Using Google's official process is completely legitimate.

Question 5

Can you remove a real review from a genuine customer?

Accepted Answer

If a genuine customer leaves an honest opinion that follows Google's policies, it should stay up, and we will tell you so up front. What we can do is help you write a calm public reply that shows future customers how you handle feedback.

Question 6

Do older reviews cost more?

Accepted Answer

No. Older reviews often need deeper research and more documentation, but the price stays the same flat $399 per review.

Question 7

Will the person who left the review know I reported it?

Accepted Answer

No. Reports are handled privately between our team and Google. The reviewer is not told who requested the removal.

Question 8

Can a removed review come back?

Accepted Answer

Very rarely. Once Google removes a review for a policy violation, it normally stays down. If the same person posts again, tell us and we will assess the new review.

Question 9

Do I need to give you access to my Google Business Profile?

Accepted Answer

No. We only need your profile link and the links to the reviews you want removed. Your login details stay with you.

Question 10

Can you delete fake reviews posted by a competitor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Competitor attacks are one of the most common cases we handle. We look for patterns such as new accounts, unusual timing and reviewers who were never customers, and present that evidence to Google.

Question 11

What industries do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Any business with a Google Business Profile: restaurants, dentists, clinics, law firms, contractors, real estate agents, hotels, car dealers, salons, retailers and many more.

Question 12

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the order form at the top of this page with your business name, profile link and the review links. A specialist will check them and confirm next steps by email.

Question 13

Can you remove a Google review with only a star rating and no text?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible, though it takes more work than a written review. With no text to quote, we build the case on the pattern around the rating: a sudden burst of new accounts, the same device or location behind several reviews, and reviewers with no sign of ever being a customer. We present that evidence to Google through the official process.

Question 14

Can you remove a Google review that has photos or video?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the media itself breaks Google's rules. Photos of staff or customers without consent, private documents, offensive or irrelevant images, watermarked or stolen pictures and fake or AI-generated images can all be reported. We check each image against the policy it breaches before filing.

Question 15

Which Google reviews are eligible for removal?

Accepted Answer

Reviews that break Google's published content policies. That covers fake and spam reviews, reviews from competitors or former staff, harassment and hate speech, personal details such as phone numbers or addresses, defamatory claims, reviews from people who never used your business, and offensive or irrelevant photos. A plain low rating from a genuine customer is not eligible, and we will tell you that up front.

Question 16

Do you need manager or owner access to my Google Business Profile?

Accepted Answer

No. We never ask to be added as a manager or owner, and we never ask for your Google password or login codes. Reviews are public, so we only need the review link.

Question 17

Can removing reviews get my Business Profile suspended?

Accepted Answer

Not the way we work. We only report reviews through Google's official channels, based on Google's own policies. We never use bots, fake accounts or mass flagging.

Question 18

Will the reviewer know I asked for the review to be removed?

Accepted Answer

We do not contact reviewers. Google handles the report and does not tell the reviewer who reported it.

Question 19

Do you post fake positive reviews?

Accepted Answer

Never. Buying or posting fake reviews breaks Google's rules and the law in many places. We only remove reviews that break policy.

Question 20

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Only after the review is removed and you have checked your profile. You then have 24 to 48 hours to pay $399 per removed review from your customer account.

Question 21

Why do you ask for a card when I order?

Accepted Answer

A $1 card check stops spam orders. The $1 is released straight away. Your card is saved securely so the agreed amount can be collected after removal if payment is not made.

Question 22

Is the price different for old reviews?

Accepted Answer

No. Every review is $399, whether it was posted last week or years ago.

Question 23

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

You only pay for reviews that were actually removed, so there is nothing to refund for unremoved reviews. Real billing mistakes, like a double charge, are always refunded.

Question 24

What if a removed review comes back?

Accepted Answer

We remove it again free of charge. Just send us the link.

Question 25

Can you remove any negative review?

Accepted Answer

No. We can only remove reviews that break a Google policy, such as fake, spam, conflict of interest, harassment, hate speech, personal information or off-topic content. Honest negative feedback from a real customer usually stays.

Question 26

Can you remove star-only reviews with no text?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. Rating-only reviews are harder because there is less to report, but they can be removed when the reviewer was never a customer or the rating is part of a spam pattern.

Question 27

How do I know if my review is eligible?

Accepted Answer

Use the Instant Check Eligibility tool on our homepage, or send us the link and we will give you an honest answer within one business day.
